A company is looking for a Director of UX Research & Customer Insight. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop a high-performing team of researchers across various research domains Drive research initiatives that inform executive decision-making and product strategy Establish scalable research programs and a centralized research repository for knowledge sharing Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience as a people manager with a successful track record 5+ years of experience as an individual contributor researcher in a mature research environment Strong product mindset with the ability to influence product strategy Experience in driving Voice of Customer or customer sentiment programs Demonstrated executive presence and ability to communicate research value to stakeholders
