Dispatch Supervisor
A company is looking for a Dispatch Supervisor for the 2nd Shift.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee a team of Dispatch Associates to ensure effective communication with members and service providers
Handle escalated member interactions and ensure associates meet quality and safety goals
Plan and monitor daily workflow, manage resources, and participate in team member selection and development
Required Qualifications
High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
2+ years in a high-volume contact center or dispatch environment
5+ years of customer service experience
1+ year of supervisory or team lead experience in a contact center
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
