Key Responsibilities Recruit and train new agents by promoting the company's unique experience and technology solutions Develop revenue growth strategies with agents/brokers to increase sales activity and product offerings Coordinate sales and retention activities in a team environment to enhance the benefits selling experience Required Qualifications Active Life & Health License is required High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred 3+ years of experience in a related ancillary insurance/employee benefits sales role In-depth knowledge of group insurance products from experience with an insurance carrier or broker Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook Exchange
