Head of Social Media
A company is looking for a Head of Social Media to drive the vision, execution, and growth of its social presence across major platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Own and evolve the social media strategy across platforms including Instagram, X (Twitter), TikTok, Facebook, and Threads
Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary social team to drive KPIs across awareness, engagement, traffic, video performance, and subscription growth
Develop and execute social-specific content plans for major football tentpole events and monitor engagement with the football community
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in social media strategy and execution, with at least 2+ years in a management role
Deep knowledge of NFL and college football, along with familiarity with the sports betting landscape
Proven ability to grow and manage high-performing teams including social strategists, designers, and video editors
Hands-on experience developing platform-specific strategies for major social media platforms
Strong grasp of social media analytics and performance tools to inform decisions and improve output
