A company is looking for an Associate Application Support Consultant (Dutch speaking). Key Responsibilities Provide efficient support for IT and Business Application related inquiries from customers Investigate and document application defects, coordinating with colleagues and R&D as needed Train and mentor less experienced team members while identifying opportunities for service improvement Required Qualifications Fluency in English and Dutch, both verbal and written Knowledge of a relevant ERP module or Microsoft technologies Experience in a Customer Service environment is advantageous Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize workload Experience working in a team-oriented environment
