EAP Customer Service Representative
A company is looking for an EAP Customer Service Representative to provide support for members using Employee Assistance Programs.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls, assess client needs, and provide information on EAP services
Document member information and schedule appointments with counselors
Assist team members with inquiries and maintain compliance with policies and confidentiality standards
Required Qualifications
1+ years of experience in a call center environment
Experience in a social, psychological, or human service field providing client support
High School Diploma required
Preferred: Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science Degree
