Employee Experience Specialist
A company is looking for an Employee Experience Specialist to conduct interviews and gather insights related to employee experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct live, phone-based interviews with employees during various stages of their employment
Capture employee insights to identify frustrations, motivations, and trends within organizations
Analyze findings to understand reasons behind employee retention and turnover
Required Qualifications
Strong interest in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or Psychology
Typing rate of 50 WPM or more
Enthusiasm for engaging with people and a customer-service orientation
Strong organizational skills and a collaborative mindset
Bi-lingual proficiency, especially in Spanish, is a significant advantage
