A company is looking for an Employee Relations Manager to serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations matters.
Key Responsibilities
Provide expert-level consultation on employee performance, conduct concerns, and workplace conflict
Conduct complex investigations into alleged misconduct and deliver well-documented reports
Draft and implement employee relations policies ensuring compliance with labor laws and best practices
Required Qualifications
5-7 years of progressive HR experience, particularly in employee relations
Deep knowledge of federal, state, and local labor and employment laws
Experience managing complex workplace investigations independently
Project management experience with multiple stakeholders and deadlines
Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive issues and maintain confidentiality
