Key Responsibilities Assess and improve current leave and accommodations programs Create and present tools that communicate leave and time off programs Serve as a point of contact for the ADA Interactive process and facilitate return to work Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field 5-7 years of human resource experience focusing on leaves of absence and accommodations Expert-level knowledge of FMLA, ADA, and related legal protections Strong relationship-building skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
