Employer Channel Lead
A company is looking for a Lightpath Employer Lead responsible for driving growth within the employer channel for their solution.
Key Responsibilities
Design and improve processes for lead generation, qualification, engagement, and onboarding to support volume growth
Recruit and lead a sales team to achieve volume growth targets and plan for scalable team growth
Build new strategies and initiatives from the ground up while engaging with early employer partners
Required Qualifications
10+ years of leadership experience in sales or business development within employer benefits or healthcare technology
Experience in designing scalable processes for efficient growth in high-volume environments
Proven track record of building initiatives and teams from inception, including direct selling experience
Strong understanding of the employer benefits landscape and key industry stakeholders
Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach to process optimization
