A company is looking for an Employment Attorney Expert (Remote). Key Responsibilities Manage attorney demand letters, arbitrations, and other forms of dispute handling, including mediation and settlement conferences Review and revise responses for agency complaints and requests Provide advice and counsel to human resources and business units on various employment laws Required Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction Experience in employment law and litigation Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations Ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and outside counsel
