Engineering Coordinator
A company is looking for an Engineering Coordinator to support the Mobile Facilities Solution team in service delivery and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in developing and implementing internal controls and policies for Engineering activities
Manage work request scheduling for Mobile Engineers and communicate with clients regarding service requests
Support administrative processes including invoicing, compliance monitoring, and employee onboarding
Required Qualifications
College degree in business administration, finance, or a related field preferred
Minimum of three years of experience in administrative, accounting, or property management services
Experience with CMMS systems and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Prior experience in property management or commercial HVAC field services is preferred
Working knowledge of accounts payable, receivable, and budget control
