Procurement Coordinator
A company is looking for a Procurement Coordinator to support and manage procurement processes across West Coast locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage purchase orders by creating and verifying compliance with requirements, and assist site teams with PO management
Oversee service contracts to ensure timely creation and communication of purchase orders to vendors
Coordinate with Accounts Payable and vendors for efficient invoice processing and resolution of discrepancies
Required Qualifications:
Expertise in advanced Excel functions, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables
Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite
At least 3 years of experience in real estate procurement or related fields
Familiarity with ERP systems such as Yardi, SAP, or Oracle
Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
