Engineering Support Specialist
A company is looking for an Engineering Support Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Manage posting requests to Sales Force Trusted Care for customer downloads, including security bulletins and patches
Oversee license management of tools, including budgeting and purchasing requests
Define and enforce policies for the Development Support team while updating relevant documentation
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in software development support
Experience in software configuration management
Strong organizational skills for budgeting and process adherence
Familiarity with development tools such as Jenkins, BitBucket, Jira, and Confluence
Understanding of SalesForce and Coupa purchasing tools
