Key Responsibilities Manage incidents and ensure application health and performance Collaborate with incident management teams to resolve issues promptly Participate in post-incident reviews and recommend process enhancements Required Qualifications 1+ years of experience in the IT industry with hands-on experience in AWS and observability tools AWS Cloud Practitioner Certified (minimum) Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow and JIRA Associate degree or equivalent experience in IT support or call center support Basic SQL experience is a plus
