Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage qualitative and quantitative research projects for theatrical clients, overseeing the full project lifecycle
Translate research data into actionable insights and recommendations through visual and story-driven reports
Develop and mentor a team of researchers while cultivating client relationships and contributing to business growth initiatives
Required Qualifications
9+ years of experience in consumer research with a focus on theatrical research
B.A./B.S. degree in Social Sciences, Business, Marketing, Market Research, Statistics, Economics, or a related field; additional degrees in film or media studies are a plus
Expert understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
Proven ability to act as a trusted advisor to clients, translating insights into strategic impact
Experience in leading teams and driving business development initiatives
