Key Responsibilities Apply client payments and maintain cash receipt summaries weekly Perform weekly bank reconciliations and maintain AR aging reports Assist with accounts payable and conduct regular AR analysis and follow-ups Required Qualifications Proficient in account coding and accurate categorization of financial transactions Solid understanding of accounting entries and account reconciliation Skilled in bank reconciliations and generating aging reports NetSuite experience is preferred but not required
