Key Responsibilities Provide tier-2 support for application incidents and maintain 24/7 on-call coverage as needed Analyze and resolve application incidents, maintenance items, and enhancement requests while collaborating with teams Develop and maintain requirements, specifications, and test cases for new or enhanced functionality in department applications Required Qualifications Bachelor's or Associate degree in a related technical/business area, with a preference for a Bachelor's degree 1 year of Epic-specific experience is required; 3 years of additional experience can substitute for a degree Epic certification in the application supporting the role is necessary 1-2 years of experience in Revenue Cycle, Claims, or Charge Router is preferred 1 year of IT or business experience is required
