Key Responsibilities Review and refine internal materials to create a policy-guiding toolkit Collaborate with the communications team to update processes and incorporate DEIJ-informed language Provide resources and materials to support outreach and engagement in climate advocacy Required Qualifications Understanding of nonprofit organizational structures and missions Familiarity with environmental and climate goals/policies in the northeast U.S History of success in implementing resource and process improvements Experience in effective facilitation and training Previous experience in energy and environmental fields with a focus on equity and justice
