Senior HRIS Analyst
A company is looking for a Senior HRIS Analyst who specializes in Oracle Fusion Compensation.
Key Responsibilities
Manage compensation cycles and integrate HR, Payroll, and Benefits systems
Act as system administrator for the compensation module in Oracle, reviewing system capabilities and workflows
Develop strategies for enhancements, integrations, and process improvements while advocating for end-user needs
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field
7+ years of HR technology experience
5+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud HCM application/configuration
Experience in developing and administering documentation related to projects and implementation procedures preferred
Reporting experience and SQL knowledge preferred
