A company is looking for a Manager, Ethics & Compliance. Key Responsibilities Manage and implement compliance programs to meet regulatory requirements Serve as the privacy officer, developing and refining the privacy program Conduct audits, risk assessments, and ongoing compliance monitoring activities Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience; Master's or Juris Doctorate preferred 4+ years of compliance experience, preferably in healthcare At least 2+ years of Medicaid, Medicare, or Commercial Managed Care experience Experience with federal and state regulatory agencies in a managed care or insurance environment preferred
