Event Support Specialist
A company is looking for an Event Programmer to support clients with their event management needs. Key Responsibilities Collect, review, and input accurate data into the Ticketmaster Host system Meet and exceed Event Management service level agreements and resolve event-related errors Collaborate with clients and internal departments to create and distribute event information Required Qualifications 1-3 years of experience with the Ticketmaster System or related field experience High School diploma or equivalent required; BA/BS degree preferred Ability to accommodate a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays Box Office experience is a plus Overall awareness of the entertainment business is important
