Business Process Improvement Consultant
A company is looking for a Consultant, Business Process Improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Provide expertise and direction on complex projects in Group Protection Underwriting systems
Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality
Consult and collaborate with stakeholders to support business results through project work
Required Qualifications
3 - 5+ years of experience in Business Process Improvement and project management
Proficiency in Underwriting systems and tools, specifically Quest and UWWB platforms
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel; VBA coding is a plus
Experience or understanding of Agile IT development methodology
4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
