Executive Compensation Analyst
A company is looking for a Senior Executive Compensation & Equity Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the development and implementation of executive compensation and equity strategies
Support the executive compensation process, including board materials and SEC filings
Conduct market studies to ensure competitiveness and alignment with total rewards philosophy
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Math, Economics, or a related field
6+ years of experience in broad-based or executive compensation
Experience with equity compensation administration platforms
Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for creating models and analyses
Workday Experience (Advanced Comp)
