Key Responsibilities Establish innovative candidate sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions Develop and manage effective processes to attract high-quality talent in alignment with compliance and EEO guidelines Provide strategic recruiting expertise and recommend practices for improving the hiring process Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Bachelor's degree required; minimum of six years of executive recruiting experience Experience with various recruiting vehicles and innovative tools for candidate sourcing Preferred combination of agency and corporate recruiting experience Project management skills and experience with recruiting software systems required Experience managing third-party/external search firms
