A company is looking for a Commercial Counsel. Key Responsibilities Negotiate commercial contracts for school district sales and vendor engagements Contribute to and build templates, playbooks, and documentation for scaling operations Partner cross-functionally with various teams to negotiate partnerships with regulated entities Required Qualifications JD from an accredited law school and active membership in good standing of at least one state bar 4-6 years of legal practice experience, including in-house experience Experience in commercial sales contracting, particularly with SaaS agreements Strong foundation in privacy and data protection regulations Interest in the education sector and commitment to the mission of providing a free world-class education
