Executive Recruiting Sourcer
A company is looking for a Recruiting Sourcer 4 (Executive Sourcing).
Key Responsibilities
Conduct talent mapping and market analysis to identify and engage top executive-level talent
Collaborate across multiple business groups and industries, demonstrating expertise in various technical verticals
Perform in-depth research and reference checks to ensure targeting of top talent in the external market
Required Qualifications
8+ years of talent sourcing, mapping, and/or recruiting research experience
5+ years of experience with Microsoft productivity tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, and applicant tracking systems
Experience in the technology industry is required
Experience with executive recruiting preferred, particularly with an executive search agency or corporate team
Strong knowledge of legal policies and procedures related to hiring practices
