Experienced Customer Success Manager
A company is looking for an Experienced Customer Success Manager (IC) in a remote role. Key Responsibilities: Ensure customers achieve maximum value from products and services while fostering strong relationships Create and implement comprehensive Adoption Plans tailored to customer needs and metrics Proactively identify expansion opportunities and mitigate churn to drive recurring revenue growth Required Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in a customer success role within a SaaS environment Ability to align customers' business processes with product capabilities Expertise in customer management, negotiation, and conflict resolution Previous experience in airline operations and understanding of aviation concepts is preferred Experience applying adoption and renewal methodologies to optimize customer engagement
