Key Responsibilities Supervise staff providing therapeutic and standard supervision, as well as parent coaching Provide leadership and support through one-on-one and group supervision, hiring, and training new staff Manage staff productivity, contract adherence, and assist in delivering trauma-informed services Required Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in a behavioral health field (social work, counseling, etc.) Supervisory experience preferred Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record and current auto insurance Ability to pass fingerprint and background checks
