Key Responsibilities Provide weekly clinical supervision to therapists and maintain licensure paperwork Maintain a reduced caseload of therapy clients and conduct virtual therapy sessions Review high-risk cases and respond to clinical crises presented by supervisees Required Qualifications Florida state licensure as an independently licensed mental health provider (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist) Florida state licensure as a qualified supervisor Minimum 5 years of clinical experience, including 2 years with children and families Previous supervisory experience in a mental health setting Expertise in evidence-based practices, particularly CBT and its variations
