Foster Care Health Liaison
A company is looking for a Foster Care Health Liaison. Key Responsibilities Maintain collaborative relationships with State child agencies and advocacy groups to support members Act as the liaison between State agency staff, social workers, and health plan staff regarding medical and behavioral health services for foster children Identify training needs and make public presentations as necessary Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Social Work or equivalent experience 2+ years of experience in a social service agency and/or advocacy environment Working knowledge of the Foster Care system, Medicaid, and/or Health Plan administration preferred
