Fractional People Business Partner

Key Responsibilities
Design and deliver targeted solutions focused on performance and growth
Provide strategic guidance and partnership to senior leaders across business teams
Drive talent management strategies and oversee performance review cycles
Required Qualifications
6-8 years of experience in a People Business Partner or equivalent role
Experience in Organizational Design, Workforce Planning, and DEIB
Demonstrated project management and change management experience
Ability to use data to identify insights that drive action
Commitment to building anti-racist processes with a focus on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
