Key Responsibilities Lead the identification and mitigation of material risks, collaborating with business leaders to develop remediation plans Design and implement internal governance processes, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures Promote a culture of risk awareness through training and consultative support while managing a team of Risk Managers Required Qualifications, Training, and Education 8-12+ years of experience in Risk Management, Audit, or Compliance Prior experience in implementing enterprise-wide Risk programs Deep knowledge of regulatory guidelines and Fraud and Disputes processes Bachelor's Degree or at least 8 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree Certifications such as Certified Enterprise Risk Professional (CERP) or Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) are a plus
