HR Working Student
A company is looking for an HR Working Student (m/f/d) to support day-to-day HR operations. Key Responsibilities Support day-to-day HR operations and contribute to creating a seamless employee experience Assist with onboarding processes and maintain employee data accuracy in HR systems Contribute to employee surveys and help improve HR processes and tools Required Qualifications Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field Availability to work 16-20 hours per week on a regular basis Structured and detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills Hands-on attitude and ability to work independently on assigned tasks Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; experience with HR tools is a plus
