A company is looking for a Localization Specialist (French Canadian) to support the adaptation of eLearning courses for the Canadian workforce. Key Responsibilities Translate and localize eLearning content from English to French Canadian, including instructional text and multimedia elements Adapt culturally sensitive material to align with French Canadian norms and regulatory requirements Collaborate with Instructional Designers and L&D leads to ensure content meets learning objectives and regional compliance Required Qualifications Fluency in English and native-level French Canadian (written and spoken) 2+ years of experience in content localization, translation, or instructional design Experience with Articulate Rise 360 or other eLearning authoring tools Understanding of Canadian workplace regulations and cultural context Familiarity with instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies is a plus
