Key Responsibilities Perform prospective reviews of episode-related documents to ensure compliance with standards and regulations Consult with clinicians to clarify data integrity issues and assist in establishing patient care goals Coordinate episode planning and ensure accurate documentation for effective revenue cycle management Required Qualifications Nursing degree from an accredited college or university or a graduate of an accredited RN program Three years of home health experience or additional credentials may be considered in lieu of experience Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice Certification in ICD-10 coding upon hire or testing date within 60 days, and OASIS C-2 certification within the first 9 months of employment Preferred: Bachelor's degree in nursing and five years of experience in home health agency operations
