A company is looking for an Underwriter III - Non-Delegated Mortgage. Key Responsibilities Manage individual pipeline by completing Conventional loans and various Underwriting Reviews within established turn times Identify document deficiencies and request additional information from clients as needed Assist other department personnel in interpreting underwriting guidelines and updating loan status Required Qualifications 5+ years of mortgage industry experience, with 3 years of recent frontline underwriting experience preferred Knowledge of FNMA and FHLMC guidelines Proficiency with automated underwriting systems such as Desktop Underwriter and Loan Product Advisor Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, etc.) College degree preferred but not required
