Key Responsibilities
Develop and negotiate complex financial contracts exceeding $80M in Total Contract Value
Collaborate with customers to create innovative fiscal solutions that enhance revenue and margin growth
Analyze and recommend strategies to accelerate sales and optimize commercial outcomes
Required Qualifications
10+ years of direct sales experience with commercial enterprise customers
Extensive experience in contract negotiations for large-scale agreements ($25M+ annual spend)
Experience with RFP and software negotiations for contracts over $100M
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling tools (e.g., Excel)
Knowledge of pricing, economics, and accounting principles (GAAP and Non-GAAP)
