A company is looking for a Manager, Governance Risk and Compliance. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain the Governance Risk and Compliance security program, ensuring effective implementation across the organization Manage the Information Security Risk Management Program, including risk assessments, vendor security evaluations, and compliance reporting Oversee staff management, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations to achieve departmental goals Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS, or related field 8+ years of relevant experience in security policy management, auditing, and risk management Experience in conducting risk assessments and implementing risk management strategies Security industry certifications such as CISM, CISSP, CRISC, and ISSMP are desirable Knowledge of regulations including HIPAA and SOX, and frameworks like NIST CSF and ISO 27001
