Manage Salesforce Spiff and oversee the administration of sales compensation plans, including commission calculations

Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in Sales Compensation, Revenue Operations, or related fields
Expertise in designing and administering variable sales compensation plans for B2B SaaS organizations
Strong understanding of Salesforce data structures and commission automation tools
Ability to analyze performance data and recommend actionable insights
Project management skills and a self-driven approach to work in a fast-paced environment
