A company is looking for a ComplianceWire (GXP) & LXP Learning Specialist. Key Responsibilities Administer the Compliance Wire LMS for R&D training content, managing user accounts and permissions Create, update, and maintain training content and curricula within Compliance Wire Support the implementation and maintenance of LXP, developing engaging learning experiences Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field (e.g., education, training, technology) 4+ years of quality training experience in a GxP-regulated environment Strong understanding of learning management systems (LMS), particularly ComplianceWire Experience with LXP platforms and development of learning materials Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry
