Key Responsibilities Design and execute a partnership strategy to expand market reach and formalize relationships with key healthcare consultants and brokers Maintain senior level relationships with key consultants and conduct meetings and presentations to promote partnerships Lead the collection of industry trends and provide insights to inform product, sales, finance, and marketing strategies Qualifications 15+ years of experience in the healthcare benefits industry 5+ years of experience building relationships with stakeholders at national, local, and regional consultant and brokerage offices 5+ years of experience managing high-performing teams Experience developing and executing a benefit consultant/broker strategy Ability to travel as needed
