Project Analyst

A company is looking for a Project Analyst to manage project management and business analysis for peer review platforms and processes. Key Responsibilities Manage projects, business requirements, and processes while coordinating resources and adhering to timelines and budgets Facilitate workshops and communicate business needs to stakeholders to ensure successful user adoption Prepare documentation and report on project metrics to support continuous improvement Required Qualifications Experience in project management and business analysis, preferably in the publishing industry Ability to work effectively in globally distributed teams and in a hybrid working environment Familiarity with Microsoft Suite and Atlassian products Project Management, Business Analysis, and/or Scrum Master certification Strong organizational skills and experience in coaching and team leadership
