A company is looking for a Head of Professional Services to lead and scale a customer-centric professional services organization. Key Responsibilities Lead a high-performing team delivering implementation and advisory services to enhance customer outcomes Own the P&L and optimize pricing strategy while ensuring financial accountability and operational efficiency Recruit and develop top talent while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous learning Required Qualifications 10+ years in Professional Services or SaaS implementations, with 5+ years in a leadership role Proven experience in P&L ownership and management of pricing and cost structures Strong expertise in customer retention and recurring revenue models Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred Experience implementing SaaS technology products in complex enterprise environments
