Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the programmatic trading team, ensuring efficiency and performance in media buying
Develop and execute strategies for programmatic media buying to align with overall media strategy and identify new revenue opportunities
Collaborate with product and development teams to enhance the media buying platform and improve trading performance
Qualifications & Experience
7+ years of experience in programmatic media buying or digital advertising with a track record in trading leadership roles
Deep expertise in DSPs, SSPs, ad exchanges, and data-driven trading strategies
Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data sets and make data-driven decisions
Experience collaborating with product and development teams to evolve media buying platforms
Understanding of sports media, gaming, or related industries is a plus
