Key Responsibilities
Resolve and document provider/client requests according to established guidelines
Respond to inquiries from internal employees, clients, and providers, ensuring exceptional customer service
Meet established standards for quality, productivity, and service levels consistently
Required Qualifications
Minimum high school diploma or GED
At least 1 year of customer service experience
Previous call center or telephone experience preferred
Knowledge of medical terminology desired
Ability to work a flexible schedule to accommodate queues
