Sales Planning Program Manager
A company is looking for a Sales Planning Program Manager to lead fiscal year sales planning and operational initiatives for the Revenue Operations team.
Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and refine end-to-end sales planning processes including segmentation, forecasting, and territory planning
Ensure compliance and documentation of governance frameworks and lead audit processes
Partner with cross-functional teams to align planning frameworks with business objectives
Required Qualifications
7-10 years of experience in sales operations, business planning, or GTM strategy roles
Proven experience with change management skills
Strong experience with Microsoft Office applications
Skilled in project management methodologies
Excellent facilitation and executive presentation skills
