Key Responsibilities
Identify and secure new enterprise clients within the healthcare collections and RCM space
Build and manage a pipeline of high-value opportunities targeting C-suite and senior revenue cycle leaders
Lead consultative sales engagements to understand prospective clients' RCM challenges and collections strategies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field (MBA or MHA preferred)
5-10 years of enterprise sales experience in healthcare, focusing on revenue cycle management or collections
Proven track record of selling solutions into hospitals, health systems, RCM vendors, or billing companies
Deep understanding of the healthcare revenue cycle, including front-end, mid-cycle, and back-end collections
Familiarity with EHR systems, billing software, patient access tools, and payment solutions
