Key Responsibilities Draft recommendations and implementation plans for CHAI's five-year strategy and present them to senior leadership Scope potential new program areas through research and evaluation of the funding landscape Develop communication materials and proposals to secure funding for programs and initiatives Required Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in a fast-paced environment Experience in conducting qualitative and quantitative research High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Superb communication skills in English Experience working in or supporting low- and middle-income countries is an advantage
