Customer Success Account Manager
A company is looking for a Customer Success Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of accounts, driving customer engagement and value
Achieve financial and strategic revenue targets while maintaining a rolling forecast of territory
Collaborate with internal teams to develop growth and risk mitigation strategies for key accounts
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in Sales, Renewal Management, Account Management, or Customer Success, preferably in SaaS
Experience in quota-carrying roles with a proven track record of meeting performance indicators
BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
Experience in deal negotiation cycles and a consultative approach
Ability to adapt to rapid shifts in priorities
