Helpdesk Specialist with Secret Clearance

Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance through various channels
Troubleshoot problems, assist customers, and coordinate technical support
Log service requests and incidents in an incident management system, maintaining service level agreements
Required Qualifications and Education
Must be a U.S. citizen with no dual citizenship
Active Secret clearance is required
0-3 years of experience in Helpdesk/ServiceDesk or equivalent customer service experience
Experience with incident management ticketing systems such as Remedy or ServiceNow
Willingness to participate in a rotational on-call schedule for 24/7 support
